Trust me,books just takes you to another world(if you are reader you might know it) It makes you wiser by every page you turn. This poem named "The scholar" by Robert Southey explains it! Reading books will distract your disturbed mind and will bring it to peace. You will feel relaxed and make you wanna read more. I was once a kid who didn't like reading or people who read. Simply,because I thought readers are nerds but that's not the case. Readers are smart. By each book they read they come across lots of characters and criteria. For instance,something goes wrong as a result of our wrong choice. Some stories feels like our reflection,have you felt that? I now love reading and readers for that I know the facts! What are you waiting for?  Grab a book and make a coffee for your self. Sit in a relaxed space where you get fresh air. And enjoy! The Scholar by Robert Southey -smile

Self Care Kit

Hey, all my smilies out there! We people often have extreme mood swings. So, today I thought of sharing a tip which works for me well, hopefully to some of you too.It's nothing but a small  "self-care kit" . I found this when I had mood swings that I used to burst into tears out of nowhere. To cope up with these terrible nights, I had to find a solution. And this seems to be effective. Creating this is even more satisfying and heartwarming. Take a basket or a box, fill it with all sort of things that lift your mood. Adding  books  (such as "This Book Will Make You Feel Less Sh*t", "You're Amazing", "How To Be Confident" etc..) or even creating your  mini positive   notebook  by including quotes and thoughts that inspire you. So before getting into bed, reading these sort of positive things will give a night of good sleep and good morning too.
