Self Care Kit

We people often have extreme mood swings. So, today I thought of sharing a tip which works for me well, hopefully to some of you too.It's nothing but a small "self-care kit".

I found this when I had mood swings that I used to burst into tears out of nowhere. To cope up with these terrible nights, I had to find a solution. And this seems to be effective. Creating this is even more satisfying and heartwarming.


Take a basket or a box, fill it with all sort of things that lift your mood. Adding books (such as "This Book Will Make You Feel Less Sh*t", "You're Amazing", "How To Be Confident" etc..) or even creating your mini positive notebook by including quotes and thoughts that inspire you. So before getting into bed, reading these sort of positive things will give a night of good sleep and good morning too. You can include Essential oil ( I like lavender, you can choose according to your likes), this makes you feel relaxed and fresh. Fill the box with your favourite chocolate and candies. You can fill it with anything that lifts your mood.
